Why the First One Is Slow and the Rest Are Not
Because verification runs once. The first payout triggers document checks that later ones skip, which is why an account that took two days initially often pays out within hours afterwards. That pattern is normal, and knowing it is normal removes most of the anxiety attached to a first request.
It is also why a first withdrawal that takes two weeks with no explanation is a different signal entirely. The difference between slow and unresponsive is what a small test payout reveals cheaply.
If Something Is Genuinely Stuck
Ask in writing, be precise about dates and amounts, and keep every reply. Most held withdrawals are documentation problems and resolve on paperwork rather than persistence. Where the deposit went to a personal account rather than a business one, involve your bank the same day.
The deposit side of the same process is on the deposits page, and every guide is listed on the home page.
